This carrot-apple-orange juice is a perfect breakfast or brunch treat! You can also add some beetroot or ginger to it, use more veggies or more fruit - just try! Make sure to include a fat source when drinking it so your body can absorb all the nutrients! This is especially important for fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, E, D and K.

This juice is a great source for Provitamin A, Vitamin C, B-Vitamins, Vitamin K and Potassium!

  • 450 g carrots
  • 1 or 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  1. Prepare the ingredients (wash, cut into (small) pieces, depending on your juicer).
  2. Add to the juicer and juice.
  3. When drinking, make sure to add a source of healthy fats. For example: eat some nuts or, if you drink this juice with a meal, you will most likely have enough fat in there.
